The Kiowa County Economic Development Foundation (KCEDF) is offering home sites ranging from approximately 1/2 acre to 10 acre plots located South of Eads.  Some larger parcels are also available.

The smaller acreages are priced from $6,000 to $8,000 each and include Natural Gas, Electricity, and Town of Eads water,
sewer, and trash services.

These smaller parcels are situated on the southern edge of Eads and are within walking distance of downtown business', the hospital and medical clinic, a new assisted living facility (currently under construction), and the Eads Senior Citizens Center.

Development of the 800 acre site will feature open space,
walking trails, and a fishing pond.

This project is an economic development venture by
a non profit organization.
