PLEASE NOTE:  Parking for the dedication ceremony will be at the Sand Creek Massacre National Historic Site.  In the event the parking area becomes filled, there will be overflow parking at the town of Brandon with bus service taking visitors to the site.  It is recommended that people carpool whenever possible.

Seating at the site is limited, so please bring a lawn chair or other seating device!!
